There were so many emotional and joy filled moments on Chris and Caitlin’s industrial summer wedding day at Brix on the Fox! Chris and Caitlin are a fun-loving and laid back couple who are an absolutely perfect match for each other! I had so much fun with these two (and their fur baby Diesel) during their Chicago engagement session, that I was counting down the days to their wedding! A Dreamy Summer Wedding Day
There were so many incredible moments from Chris and Caitlin's Brix On The Fox summer wedding day. For starters, the getting ready suite!! The getting ready suit at the Brix is absolutely stunning. The space was perfect for Catilin to get all of her wedding day details on with the help of her mom and sisters. Another beautiful moment was their first look. They did it under the willow tree on the banks of the Fox River. All of the stress from the day just melted away as these two finally got to hold each other in their arms. Caitlin's brother in law officiated the ceremony. This was so intimate because he knew the couple extremely well and sprinkled in tons of fun anecdotes from their relationship. I loved how it made their day that much more special. They even exchanged their own personal vows which was so THEM!! Next up was their couples portraits after the ceremony. This was such a fun time because we are able to sneak away for a few moments to soak in their summer wedding day with a little alone time. Their close friends and family gave such beautiful speeches and toasts that really tied it all together. You could tell the love they share for each other and how much their family loves them together. It was truly a perfect day!

They picked such a dreamy wedding venue in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs called Brix on the Fox. Brix on the Fox is the perfect wedding venue for anyone looking for a modern, minimalist, and industrial look for their wedding day! This venue was so versatile with the towering windows, exposed brick, and beautiful courtyard bordering the Fox River- it really offered so much variety for their wedding photos!
Chris and Caitlin’s wedding day reminded me of a sweet summer romance, their florals were an elegant blush pink with greenery, their decor was filled with intentional details, and the bride and groom just had such a classic look with Caitlin’s gorgeous lace dress and Cathedral length veil, and Chris’ classic navy suit. Even their dog Diesel showed up in his best suit and bowtie! It truly was perfection. Definitely say yes to having your wedding here!
