Alyssa and Dan wanted to go with the elegant wedding decor and elegant wedding theme vibe so they knew this wedding venue was the BEST option for them. Their day was filled with sweet and intimate moments. You can feel their love story throughout the entire day. Their love story started when they were just kids in college and has grown with them through many phases of life to get them to where they are now. A Classic & Elegant Wedding In West Chicago, Illinois
Their friendship runs deep and it’s so evident in how they laugh together and bring out the absolute best in each other! Their wedding day was a huge celebration including family and friends who traveled from near and far to see such an incredible couple commit their lives to each other. Alyssa described the theme for their wedding as “Black Tie and Champagne - a classic and elegant wedding day” and, I think we 100% accomplished capturing that theme!
It rained all day so we were limited to the indoor spaces at St. Andrews for most of the day, luckily the venue is absolutely stunning and has a lot of variety for photos that are safely tucked away from the rain (their ceremony got moved indoors to the Trophy Room and the St. Andrews staff did an amazing job at transforming the room for their ceremony on short notice)! This venue offers many different rooms and spaces for your event including a ceremony space on the golf course, getting ready rooms for both sides of the bridal parties, a large reception room with vaulted ceilings and a terrace overlooking the golf course, and even a bar/lounge area perfect for cocktail hour! And, can accommodate up to 375 wedding guests! I absolutely loved this venue and would be so excited to photograph more weddings there!
